Flat roof membrane water leaks can be very difficult to trace. We utilise the latest in non-destructive detection technology to locate and highlight any weak points in a flat roofing system.

Electronic roof leak detection equipment can be used in wet and dry conditions, and even where there is standing water on the surface. The test equipment will detect leaks with precise accuracy normally without the need to remove surface coatings or make special provisions.

The equipment can be used on most membranes and is far quicker than the traditional manual labour methods. Also, the accurate location of water leaks enables more precise repairs to be undertaken and can remove the necessity for full re-coverings in certain circumstances.

Defects marked on the roof's surface with survey paint and on CAD drawings included in a special report if required.
